Let’s face it – no one likes a debt collector! Unfortunately, though, someone has to collect debts that are owing. If debts are not repaid then it means that those people who do repay their debts would end up paying more and subsidising those who don’t. On the extreme it could also mean that the finance system would fall apart and no one would be able to get loans and improve their lives.

At Shackleton we strive to recover debt in a professional and dignified manner, and in a way which complies with all laws and regulations.

If we have no choice but to take legal steps, then we make use of the attorney firm Lynn & Main Incorporated. This firm is registered and regulated by the Law Society.
